Payment
Initially, when you do business with Mary Market Designs, we require payment upon completion of services.
However, we want your business and will work with you to get your project done the way you want. Sometimes perfection takes time! If your project is expected to develop over a period of months, your payments can be divided by the number of months of the project length. We can also spread your project out to accommodate your budget. Established clients may be offered payment plans that extend beyond completion of work.
Project Proposal/Estimates
Projects usually require an approved proposal that reflects an estimated hourly rate for services. Most charges fall between $50 and $80 per hour. A simple 5 page website with minimal changes to a pre-designed template will fall into the range of $300-$500. A custom website will fall between $500-$1000. Video and Flash animations add extra costs to a pre-designed or custom website as they are labor intensive. E-commerce websites will vary extensively depending upon the number of products, images, and sales attributes. Most shopping carts will run in the range of $1500-$6000 at completion. We also offer hosting plans that include search engine optimization, website monitoring, domain name and fee renewal management, security certificates, and payment processing. Plans vary and do not include all listed services.

25% down payment is required for eCommerce projects. Balance is due at project launch or when completed.
Discounts
5% discount is offered if estimate for services is deposited in full upon commencement of project. Funds are held in deposit until used. Any amount of estimate not used upon completion is returned in full.
Loss of Business & Other Legal Details
Disclaimer: Mary Market Designs or any representative of Mary Market Designs will NOT be held responsible for any loss of business associated with server downtime, misrepresentations, or failure to access web site for any reason. Mary Market Designs will NOT be held responsible for any web site attack or loss of business of any kind.
If payment is NOT made under agreed upon terms, after 10 days the web site will be taken down until payment is received in full. In addition, eCommerce and other server side forms will not be maintained when there is an outstanding balance. To reinstate any web service or site, client must pay in advance a reasonable estimate for repairing a broken site due to lack of maintenance, or for any other reason.
